Initially I wasn’t sure whether it was time to buy a new computer, as it had gotten really slow and took a long time to open applications. After discussing my options with Kai, I decided to have him upgrade my hard drive to a solid state, update my operating system and add more memory. He took care of transferring all the data and made sure everything was working to my satisfaction. My computer now runs like new, and it cost only a fraction of what it would have to replace it.”

When my computer periodically stops working, I am relieved to know that I have support from someone locally in Moab that makes house calls. As a senior citizen, it is not easy for me to transport a heavy computer tower to drop it off somewhere and then have to go back and pick it up. Kai is very considerate about this fact, and he will come to my home to work on it or disconnect it for me and take it back to his office. His work is excellent and fast and his rates are reasonable.”
